Woman has upper eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty)

Surgery: upper eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty)

This is an 81-year-old healthy woman who presents with several years of superior central visual field being affected. She has difficulty seeing for her job, driving, activities of daily living. She has tried taping her upper eyelids at home and has found that this improves her ability to see in the central superior visual field. She has no history of dry eyes.  Patient is a candidate for bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty for symptomatic dermatochalasis affecting her visual field.  Her Goldmann visual field shows severe decrease in her upper visual field bilaterally taping compared to non-taped.
