Breast Augmentation + Vertical Mastopexy

34-year-old G2P2 female presented after completing childbearing and desired fuller, lifted breasts with improved upper pole volume and correction of post-pregnancy ptosis. She underwent a breast augmentation with 300cc silicone implants combined with a vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift) at Ethan Baughman MD Inc in Westlake Village, California. A vertical mastopexy technique was selected to reshape the breast mound, elevate the nipple-areola complex, and tighten the lower pole skin envelope while minimizing scar burden compared to a full anchor pattern. Smooth round silicone implants (300cc) were placed to restore volume and enhance upper pole fullness while maintaining a natural contour and proportional aesthetic result. Postoperative results demonstrate improved projection, youthful breast position, enhanced symmetry, and a refined, feminine silhouette.
