Patient desires augmentation with saline breast implants.  Patient is female middle age mother healthy who underwent tummy tuck presents for rejuvenation of breasts and abdomen,flank, and back. She is bothered by her sagging breasts after she is now done having children. She desires her breast to be more lifted. She wants to do abdominal and breast surgery at the same time to save downtime. She would like her abdomen to be flat. She would like this scar to be as low as possible so it's hidden in a bathing suit. We talked about removing excess abdominal fat. She is unhappy with the abdominal contour. She would like her abdomen to be flat.  She also would like fat to be removed from her back, flank to improve her contour and improve her hourglass figure.
